2-3 years maintenance experience specializing in skills related to carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, roofing or HVAC preferred.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Available to work required schedule which may include night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
